Deposit
30% of total booking is due within 15 days of booking.
The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.

Cancellation:
Prior to 45 days of arrival, even if booking is replaced with another, cancellation fee of 50% of your deposit will be taken and the remaining deposit amount refunded.  If cancellation is received with in 45 days of arrival, no refund of any part of your rental fee will be given.

Arrival/Departure
If you could fill it out with your travel details and send back with the Rental Agreement it would be appreciated.

Once you get settled please call the house manager, Massimo (number will be provided). The house phone is located in the kitchen. He will set up a time convenient for you to come to Il Mandorlo and give you an orientation of the house, grounds and surrounding area. He can also assist with setting up extra housekeeping or hiring of cooks during your stay.

Housekeeping
Linens and toiletries are provided and the house is well stocked with extras. You will receive light house cleaning on the Wednesday of your stay.  The cleaning includes the bathrooms, kitchen and all common areas.

Maximum number of guests
Il Mandorlo bedrooms and bathrooms comfortably sleeps eight.  If your party exceeds eight, we ask for an extra person charge of $20.00 per night per extra person.

Pool
The pool at Il Mandorlo is seasonal. It is generally open May through October.
